Take Local Action: Speak At Your School Board Meeting

On September 14, the Sikh Coalition Education Team hosted a webinar teaching sangat members about taking action and talking at their local school board meetings.

The webinar will focused on crucial findings from our new national school climate report, “Where Are You Really From?”, which reveals that 78% of Sikh students experience bullying, and discussed how you as sangat members and parents of children in schools, can further advocate for your children by attending school board meetings by sharing key findings from the report and sharing recommendations and resources.
